Project: Early development of the strategic plan
In early 2020, Loyola hired me to help create an informative and inspiring strategic plan to guide Loyola’s work over the next five years. To develop the early drafts, I reviewed extensive background materials, attended steering committee meetings, and worked closely with the senior vice president for strategy and innovation. Then the COVID-19 pandemic hit, and the project was paused. Loyola later resumed workshopping the strategic plan with various stakeholders until it was finalized in fall of 2021.
